（１）準備作業

１．アッパーレシーバーの組み立て

Assembly of the Upper Reciever

①ダストカバーの組み込み　★

Installation of the Dust Cover

　シャフトのＥリングは組み込まれた状態で出荷されているので(12/5出荷分)

　Ｅリングの組み付けは不要　モデルガン等とスプリングテンションの向きが

　逆なので注意　また、ダストカバーやフレームにスプリングで傷が付き易い

為、気になる人は養生(ガムテープ等)を行なった方が良いと思われる

The E-Ring on the Shaft has already been installed for versions shipped post 12/5, therefore installation of the E-Ring is unnecessary. Please take caution, that the spring tension is reversed (as opposed to other company’s dust covers), furthermore due to the position of the spring there is a possibility that scratches may occur on both the dust cover and/or the frame. You may choose to cover that area with black electrical tape to protect those areas.

②フォアードアシストノブの組み立て　★★

　特に、難しい点は無いがスライド部にグリスＵＰしておく

アシストノブの切り欠き(セットピンの入る部分)を内側に向ける

There is no particular diffuculty in this procedure, however please remember to grease up the area where you would slide in the Assist Knob (when locking the Knob be sure to face the set pin notch inward)

④フラッシュハイダーの組み込み　★

　この工程は⑥のフロントサイトポスト組み立て後に行う方が良い

　ハイダーが付いた状態ではフロントサイトポストが組み込めないので一旦

　外す必要がある為

Prior to this process you will need to install the Front Site Post in ⑥ therefore prior to installation be sure that the Front Site Post is installed.

⑤アウターバレルの組み込み　★★★

Installation of the Outer Barrel

　廻り止めノックピンは抜け易いのでグリスを少量付けておくと組み易い

The Spinning Knock Pin may be difficult to slide in, therefore a small amount of grease is recommended.

ここで難しい(面倒？)のはガスパイプが上手く貫通出来る様に各パーツが並

　ぶ事だ　アッパーレシーバーのネジ山に予め少量のグリスを付けてデルタ

リングを仮締めする　この時点ではガスパイプの事を無視して仮締めする

The area that might be difficult (perhaps troublesome) would be to have the Gas Pipe pass through allowing for all of the other parts to align correctly. The threaded area of the upper receiver will require a little grease, lock the Delta Ring temporarily while ignoring the assembly of the Gas Pipe for now.

止る所までネジ込んでスリップリング用Ｅリングとウェルスプリングの切り欠

き(ガスパイプが通る切れ目)が12時位置なら調整不要　12時位置で無いなら

デルタリングを緩めて外すが、外す前にデルタリングの12時位置にマジック

等でマークをしておく

Screw the ring in till it does not move, if the open groove of the E-Ring used for the Slip Ring and the Well Spring aligns up in the 12 o’ clock position, then adjustments are not necessary; however if they do not match up you will be required to loosen and remove the Delta Ring. Prior to removing the Delta Ring, mark the position where they all would align (with a magic marker).

アッパーにデルタリングを再度捩じ込む前に先程付けたマーク位置にＥリング

とウェルＳＰの切り欠け部分を合わせる　合ったら再度、デルタリングを捩じ

込む(捩じ込む際にウェルＳＰは多少ずれるが修正しつつ捩じ込む)

　この作業で、ガスパイプの通るルートが確保出来る　多少のズレは締め込み後

　でも調整可能

尚、スリップリング用Ｅリングの位置調整はＥリングプライアーがあれば便利

　バレルレンチはＭＧＣで入手可能だが微妙にサイズが違うので出来れば専用工

具(実銃用)を用意したほうが良い

When re-installing the Delta Ring, be sure to align the E-Ring and the WellSpring with the marking earlier. Once they align, secure the Delta Ring (while securing the Ring the WellSpring might move, in which case you can reposition while securing). In this procedure, the Gas Pipe can pass through, although some misalignment can occur adjustments can be made to right that, furthermore the adjustments to the E-Ring of the Slip Ring can be done easily with an E-Ring Plier. Although you can aquire the Barrel Wrench from MGC, there are minute differences in size, hence we recommend Barrel Wrenches used for Real Steel applications.

重要なのは締め込み後のデルタリング位置で正しくハンドガードがセット可能

　かどうかである

　デルタリングを捩じ込んだ位置(ガスパイプ穴も並んだ位置)でハンドガード上

　下を一度装着してみる　もちろんハンドガードキャップが無い状態なのでガッ

　チリ付かないが装着する事によってハンドガード上面とアッパーレシーバ上

　面の角度が確認出来る　この時点で両方の角度にズレが有ると再調整になるの

　で注意する　極端な話、バレルレンチ代わりにハンドガードを使う方法もある

デルタリングにハンドガードを組んで廻すと力が入れ易く便利

What is important is that after the Delta Ring is secured everything should align to which the hand guards can fit properly. With the Delta Ring secured the (Gas Pipe aligns with the groove) put together both upper and lower handguards, of course since the Hand Guard Cap is not secured the Handguards will not fit snugly however by putting the handguard together you can align the upper handguard with the upper reciever rails. At this point you can make minor adjustments to the angle of the handguard, in an extreme case, you would be able to use the handguards in the place of the barrel wrench, by placing the handguard onto the Delta Ring and turning the handguard you will not need to use too much strength.

⑥フロントサイトポスト廻りの組み立て　★★★

Assembly of the Front Site Post Area

　サイトポストにガスパイプを差し込む際ガスパイプリテイニングピン穴径

　が少し小さめの為、楽に組みたいならピン穴を2.5ｍｍのドリルorピンバイス

で抜いておくと良い　また、ガスパイプは上下に注意して組まないと、

　再度組みなおす必要が発生する　リテイニングピンの長さは短めなので無理に

反対側まで貫通させる必要は無い　

When inserting the Gas Pipe into the Site Post, the Gas Pipe Retaining Pin is slightly larger than the entry hole. Therefore, if you use a 2.5mm drill or a pin vise to slightly enlarge the hole it will enter with very little effort. Furthermore, the Gas Pipe will need caution when installing it vertically. If it does not seat right, you may have to re-do this procedure. The retaining pin is slightly shorter, therefore it is not necessary to push the pin through to the other side.

説明書に書いてある通り、アウターバレルにフロントサイトポストを組む際は

　必ず、ハンドガードキャップを入れておく事　

　フロントサイトポストをアウターに通す際、多少アウターバレルに擦過傷が付

　く　それが嫌ならサイトポストとアウターの擦れる部分の角を出来る限り落とし

て少しグリスを塗っておく

As written on the instruction manual, when installing the Front Site Post onto the Outer Barrel be sure to install the Hand Guard Cap. When passing the Front Site Post through the Outer Barrel you may experience some abrasion (scratches) while sliding it thorugh. If you do not wish that on your Barrel we recommend that you use a file to take out any sharp edges on the Post and apply a light coat of grease prior to installation.

サイトポストを下から止めるＭ４イモネジは多少キツメなので斜め入れしない

　様に注意しつつ捩じ込んでいく　このＭ４は一旦仮止めしてアッパーレシーバ

ーにキャリングハンドルを取り付けてフロントサイトと一直線上になる位置で

本締めを行う　後で一直線になってない事が判明したらスイベルリングを外さ

ない限りＭ４イモネジを締める事も緩める事も出来ない

　フロントサイトノックピンは他社と違い精度が出ているので指で押し込んだだ

　けでスムーズに入る個体も多い　

When securing the Site Post from the underside the M4 torx screw may be screwed in an angle, therefore take caution to keep the screw straight and temporarily secure the Site Post then secure the carry handle and proceed to adjust the Site Post’s Front Site with the Carry Handle’s Rear Site. If it were realized later that it does not align, without removing the Swivel Ring it would not be possible to either loosen or tighten the torx screw later on. The Front Site Knock Pin is very precise (unlike from other companies), therefore it is possible to push the pin with your finger to secure the Knock Pin (in most cases).

⑦ハンドガードの組み込み　★★★★

Incorporating the Hand Guard

　組み立て工程で一番の難所(?)　ハンドガードリングのテンションが強いので苦労する

　一回で装着できないと再挑戦するまで、暫くは腕を休めないといつまで経っても

　組み込めない羽目に陥る(私だけ？？？)　出来れば、今後のことも考えて専用工具(ハ

ンドガードリムーバー)の購入を勧める

The most difficult point of this process is putting the Hand Guard on because the Hand Guard Ring tension is strong, if it is not done at one time it will be difficult to put this together. In the future we will explore in developing a tool to place and remove the Hand Guard (Hand Guard Remover).

２．シリンダユニットの組み立て

Assembly of the Cylinder Unit

①ピストン・アッセンブリーの組み立て　★★

Installation of the Piston Assembly

説明書通りに瞬間接着剤をピストンにタップリ付けてラックギアを打ち込む

As stated in the Installation Manual, apply a thick layer of Super Glue onto the Piston and drive the Rack Gear onto the Piston.

　シャフトにネジロックを充分塗り付けてヘッドを組み込む

Apply coat of Loctite © onto the Shaft and secure the Piston Head.

③メインスプリングとピストンガイドの組み込み　★★★

Assembly of the Main Spring and the Piston Guide　

専用レンチがあると便利　無いと締め込みの際に傷が付くので注意

If you have the special cylinder-opening tool, this procedure is easy to accomplish, without this tool there is a possibility that you may damage the cylinder unit.

Please be aware that assembly is not possible if the Charging Handle is installed first.

Nothing particular to mention; simply insert till it stops.

この時点で、他にＰＴＷ(今回の場合はＭ４Ａ１系)を持っていたら完成品のロアー

レシーバーに組み立てたアッパーレシーバを結合する事によって動作確認が可能

私は、自分のＣＱＢ－Ｒロアーフレームにキットのアッパーを載せて動作チェック

を実施(個体によりアッパーとロアーの相性が悪い場合があるのでその時は無理に

動作チェックを行なう必要無し)

At this point, if this was a completed PTW (although this is a Kit version) all that would be required is to put together the completed lower receiver to confirm compatability with the both the upper and lower receiver. In my case I used a spare CBR-R lower receiver and confirmed the compatability (because there are some cases where the upper and lower receiver would not match, would require additional adjustments)

３．ギアＢＯＸの組み立て

Installation of the Gear Box

ギアＢＯＸは完成済みだった(12/5出荷分)が、一旦、分解してグリスＵＰを行ない再度、組み付け、指でセクタギアを廻しスムーズに廻るかチェックを行なった

コツとしては組み付け後ギアＢＯＸの前後をプラハンマーで数回叩いて(軽く)やるとギアの馴染みが良くなる　その後、ネジを締め込み再度、スムーズに廻るか確認すること

The GearBox comes completely assembled (after 12/5 shipments), although it is recommended to disassemble the GearBox to verify the movement of the Sector Gear. As a point of advice it may be necessary to tap the Sector Gear with a plastic tipped hammer to loosen the movement. Once the Box is closed and the screws tightened; verify the smooth movement of the Sector Gear.

４．ロアーレシーバーの組み立て

Assembly of the Lower Receiver

①トリガーガード・アッセンブリーの組み込み　★★

Incorporating the Trigger Guard Assembly

　プランジャー側のイモネジが緩んでいないかチェックする事

Confirm that the plunger side of the torx screw has not loosened

②マガジンキャッチの組み込み　★★

Incorporating the Magazine Catch

　キャッチボタンをキャッチレバーに数周捩じ込んだ後キャッチボタンを最奥まで

押し込みキャッチレバー側を廻して締め込む事が大切　

　モデルガンを組んだ経験があれば判ると思うがボタン側から締め込めるのは最初

　の少しだけ　締め込みの際はボタンを最奥まで押し込まないとレバーを廻す時、

ロアーレシーバに傷が付く

It is important after placing the catch button onto the catch lever to secure the button with the small screw, however if you have experienced installing the magazine catch lever from other model guns you may understand that in order to prevent binding of the button you must first slightly screw in a little then push the button while tightening the screw.

③ダミーピンの接着　★

今回はネジロック用接着剤で接着

For this we recommend using Loctite © to seal the Dummy Pin

⑤ピポットピンの組み付け　★

ストッパーピンの先端を微妙にやすっておくとスムーズに動作する

If you file the tip of the Stopper Pin slightly, it will produce smooth movement.

⑥ギアＢＯＸの組み込み　★

Installing the Gear Box

　ここでは配線せずギアＢＯＸがスムーズに入るかどうかを確認するに留める

何故なら詳細な配線工程は後に行なう為

At this time the wiring is not installed, it is important to confirm the smooth installation of the GearBox prior to the detailed wiring assembly (which is done later).

⑦セレクターレバーの組み込み　★★

Installing the Selector Lever

　⑥同様　配線完了後に行うこと　注意点はクリックボールスクリューを締め過ぎ

　ない事　セレクターレバーを回して適切なクリックを感じた時点で問題無い

　締めすぎるとロアレシーバの破損やセレクターレバーが抜けなくなる等の重大問題を

　引き起こす可能性大

Accompaning ⑥ after wiring is completed this is installed. A point of caution would be when securing the Click Ball Screw of the Selector Lever to not over tighten the screw. As you screw the Selector Lever once you feel the click of the lever is distinct then it would be enough. In the event that the Selector Lever is screwed in too tight damage to the lower receiver may occur or the Selector Lever will cease in movement.

⑧ボルトストップの組み込み　★★★

Installation of the Bolt Stop

　ここでの注意はセットピンを打ち込む方向　ストック側からバレル方向に向けて　　　セットピンを打ち込む　あまり深く打ち込むとピンのテーパー形状によりキャッチの動作が悪くなりボルトストップ機能が正常に働かなくなる　少しずつ打ち込み、一番ストレス無く動作する所で止める

Please take caution to secure the set pin in the correct position. Installation of the Set Pin is done from the Stock Side pointing towards the barrel. If the pin is driven too deep the taper of the pin will cause functional complications to the Bolt Stop. Slowly tap the pin in until you feel that the Bolt Stop is secured while not affecting its movement.

⑨モーターの組み込み　★★

Installation of the Motor

　フレーム側、モーター側共に非常に精度が必要な部分だが驚く程スムーズにフィッテ

ィングした　セットピンも綺麗に押し込めて全く問題無し

Both the Frame side as well as the Motor side has been designed to create a surprisingly smooth and precise fitting. The Set Pin has also been designed to be pushed in allowing for no problems.

５．スライドストックの組み立て

Assembly of the Slide Stock

①ストックチューブの組み込み　★★★★

Installation of the Stock Tube

　組み立てには特別な技術が要らないがストックチューブをロアーのどのあたりまで

捩じ込むかの加減が難しい　こればかりは一度捩じ込んで②のストックキャップを

　仮付けしての調整を繰り返すのみ　

Although special expertise is not necessary to put this together, precise adjustment of securing the stock tube onto the lower frame is important. For this, simply screw in the Stock Tube, then follow ② and fit the Stock Cap, take out the cap and make fine adjustments to the Tube until the Cap is flush with the frame.

②ストックキャップの調整　★★★★

Adjustments to the Stock Cap

　説明書にある様にシム調整する際はＯリング無しの方が行い易いが、Ｏリングの損傷

　に気を付ければ装着後でもシム着脱は可能　今回のパターンでは薄めのシム一枚抜き

　で位置が出た　Ｏリング装着後は真ん中の穴に適当な太さの六角レンチの短

い部分を引っ掛けてキャップを抜くが注意しないとキャップに傷が付くので注意

As the Installation Manual states, when making shim adjustments to not use the O-Ring although as long as you are careful not to damage the O-Ring, you can use the O-Ring with the Shim once the Shim is in place. In this particular case, we took out one thin shim and it fit well. Once the O-Ring was installed we used the back end of a wrench and hooked that through the hole in the middle of the Stock Cap to remove the Cap. Please take caution when using this method that you do not damage the Cap.

　今回のキット(12/5入荷分)では組み立て済　バッテリーストレージキャップのみ

の組み込みだがキャップのＯリングもすでに組み付けてあった

For this Kit (those shipped after 12/5) has already been installed. All that is needed is to install the Battery Storage Cap, the O-Ring for the Cap has been installed as well.

④ストックの組み込み　★

Installation of the Stock

　③のキャップを装着する為に一旦、バッファチューブよりストック部分を引き抜く必

　要が有ったが逆の手順で問題なく組み込み完了

When installing the Cap in ③ there is a need to pull the Stock from the Buffer Tube, however by reversing the process, this will also work.

６．スイッチ・ディバイスの組み込み

Installation of the Switch Device

①コードの取り廻しと検知基盤の組み込み　★★★★

The incorporation of the Electronic Device and the Wires

　説明書通り行えば問題無し　ただ、検知基盤のコネクタ受け側は強度が出せない部分

なのでコネクタ着脱の際、無理するとコネクタを破損する可能性があるので注意

There should be no problems in this process as long as you follow the instruction manual, however please take caution when removing or inserting the connector as the connector side is fragile. Repeated removal and insertion may cause damage to the connector.

②スイッチ・ディバイスの組み込み　★★

Installation of the Switch Device

　ストックパイプ内にスイッチディバイスを入れる際は向きに注意　バッテリコネクタ

側から先に入れて行く　パイプ内部のサイズには余裕有るのでそれ程無理は掛から

ないが高価なパーツなので取扱に注意　配線はシッカリとハンダしてあるので滅多

な事では取れないが無理は禁物

When inserting the Switch Device into the Stock Pipe please be aware of the direction that you insert the Device. Insert the Battery Connector side first. There is enough room to fit the device, however the Switch Device is particularly expensive we recommend care when performing this procedure. The wiring is securely soldered onto the device so some degree of play is acceptable, but we would not recommend too much handling of this part.

④配線の確認　★★★★
Confrimation of Wiring

　マニュアルに書いてある事は当然だがバッファチューブから出ているモータ向け配線

　の取り廻しは特に注意が必要　⑤のモータコードハンダ付け部分での配線取り廻しを

　よく考えて＋と－をどの様にロアーレシーバからグリップへの穴に通すかシミュレー

　トしつつ配線を行なう事

　モータへのコードは長いほうが＋の筈なので良く確認して＋側コードに赤マジック等

で印を付けて置くのが良い

It goes without saying to follow the instruction manual, however please pay particular attention to the posture of the wiring that comes out of the buffer tube. From ⑤ you can trace the motor cord that is soldered to the Device. We recommend running simulation of the wiring with the positive and negative wires in respect to the lines that passes through the lower receiver and through the holes alloted in the grip area. The longer cord should be positive, so we recommend (after confirming) to mark the wire red (using a magic marker).

⑤モータコードハンダ付け　★★★★★

Attaching the Motor Cords to the Motor

　写真を参考に配線の取り廻しを行なう　キットのモータには前もってブラシとブラシ

　スプリングが組んで有るのでモータコードの配線をハンダ付けする際は前もって外し

　ておかないとブラシの銅線にハンダが廻りブラシが再使用不可能になるばかりか電流

　がうまく流れなくなってモータもパワーが出ない等の不具合が発生する　ブラシとブ

　ラシスプリングもゴミや異物、グリス等が付かない様にしないと同様にカーボン化し

　てモータの出力低下や動作不良が発生する

　スイッチディバイスからモータへのコードは硬く太いコードを使っているのでマグネ

　ットに沿ってブラシケースに向かっている配線途上でクロスするのは困難な為、最初

から＋－を考えておかないとハンダ付けの際に無理が出る

Please refer to the image for the soldering procedure. In the Kit the Motor Brush and the Brush Spring has been incorporated, however in order to properly apply solder to the Motor you will need to remove these parts. In the event that you do not remove these components and you apply the solder to the connector (onto the Motor) there is a potential that residual flux or solder will travel through the Brush and the Brush Spring directly to the Copper Wiring. The result of which may cause loss of power or motor seizure. Please keep the Motor Brush as well as the Brush Spring clear of dirt and grease as these may cause carbon buildup that will decrease the Motor’s power and will lead to premature failure. The wires that lead from the Switch Device to the Motor are thick, therefore crossing the lines that leads throught the magnet portion of the brush case is not possible. Please think it through carefully on how to pass the positive and negative lines through the grip (without crossing the lines).

⑥グリップとグリップエンドの組み込み　★★

　グリップを差し込む際はかなりキツキツの感じがあるが決して入らない訳では無いの

　で少しずつ注意して差し込む事　無理に入れるとコードが断線する可能性あるので、

　あまりに無理が掛かる場合は一度、抜いて突起等ないか確認する

　グリップエンドは４本のスクリューを使い均等にトルクを掛けて締める

　ロータアジャストスクリューは規定値のままで良いと思う

　試射して余りにモータ音、ギアー鳴りが激しい際に調整する

When inserting the Grip End it may seem difficult, however it is not impossible to fit it through. There is a potential that the wiring could sever in this process, therefore if it feels too difficult to properly close we recommend removing the Grip End and confirming that there are no protrusions impeding the closure of the Grip End. The Grip End uses 4 screws that requires an even level of torque (to each screw) to lock into place. The rotor adjust screw should be left as is and should not be adjusted. During test firing if you notice an unusual sound eminating from the motor or if the gears have an unusual pitch we recommend making adjustments at that time.

　ピポットピンが最初　テイクダウンピンを先に入れるとうまく行かない　

無理に叩き込むとロアーレシーバを割るので要注意

The Pivot Pin is inserted first (then the Take Down Pin). In the event that the Take Down Pin is inserted first it will be difficult to insert the Pivot Pin. Please take caution, if you force the Pivot Pin in by pounding on it the Lower Reciever will be damaged.
